- All First Notice of Loss (FNOL) incidents and claims start with a call to FastechHR’s toll-free nurse hotline. Supervisors or employees should initiate this call promptly.
Report All Incidents
- Report all incidents, even those that seem minor, through the nurse hotline.
- Nurses follow protocols to assist with safe self-treatment, helping to prevent minor issues from becoming major problems.
Emergency Situations
- Handle immediate medical emergencies first, then call the nurse hotline.
- Once the situation is stable, the supervisor or employee must report the incident to the toll-free hotline.
