FastTechHR is a professional employer organization built to help employers manage difficult and high-hazard workers’ compensation situations through an integrated PEO relationship. Depending on the employer’s agreement, the solution may include payroll administration, human resources support, claims coordination, and related workforce services.
We work through a relationship-driven distribution network of wholesale organizations and retail insurance professionals. That structure helps employers evaluate difficult opportunities while keeping their existing advisers and distribution relationships connected.
How It Works
How Our Organizations Work Together
FastTechHR is the PEO and is not a licensed insurance agency. FastTechHR provides the applicable PEO relationship and agreed employer services.
Work Comp Now supports FastTechHR on the insurance-services and distribution side of the relationship. Through the FastTechHR Partner Network, Premier Access Network Members, Network Access Partners, and Strategic Direct Partners can bring employer opportunities forward for review. When an employer accepts a PEO solution, the employer enters the applicable PEO relationship with FastTechHR under the governing written agreements.
